According to fdi.gov.cn: Trane, a leading commercial air conditioner supplier globally, has opened its 2nd China production facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong. The president of Trane Commercial Systems said that China’s demand for environmentally friendly commercial air conditioners has been growing at a CAGR of 8-12%.
Trane plans to invest another USD 10 mm in the next three years to make its China factories the most important manufacturing base in the world. The USD 3.7 mm Zhongshan factory covers an area of 24,700 square meters
